to those that came out into the cold....

thank you very much folks for coming out to the instores...you could've stayed at home or work keeping warm but you braved the outdoors and layered up to hear songs and i felt really lucky!

i love instores and have been going to them for a long while - the other week Department of Eagles (www.departmentofeagles.com) filled Rough Trade on talbot road to the brimly brim and it was such a treat to hear their songs in such a nice little room.

i'd never done an instore of my own, let alone two in a row - and it was lovely putting faces to your ears and saying hello....
